( Sunday will always put someone’s needs first, it’s the right way to weave these pages called life. Always living as the sacrifice for all.
Not even the Early Bird warmth and eloquence can clear his mind of this sinking feeling. Well, if Wriothesley says it’s okay, then there’s no turning back. Sunday hasn’t enjoyed something like this in so long, it’s almost stranger to be seated and with a menu. Normally he’s the one who hosts everybody into his mansion, or Penacony. A cunning smile takes shape as he places the menu down, watching Wriothesley across the small table. When his legs cross beneath it, his shoe nearly grazes Wriothesley’s shin.
One snug move forward and it might. )
Heh— so which room do you sleep in? The basement floor or the one above mine?
I’ll order the blend you like, and we can go from there with our taste session.
I suppose I’ll order some biscuits to try out, too.
As for your goals— what do you seek most here, then?
[While he seemingly looks over the menu, Wriothesley is quick to circle his ankle around Sunday's to lock their legs in place. There is a bit of a grin, but he seems to be more amused than anything, finding it much like a bit of a game.]
Mm, I'm usually in my current suite. A friend so graciously dragged me kicking and screaming with him, so it feels rude not to appreciate what I had been so generously gifted. [He won't lie that he does like the better accommodations. It's not like anyone would deny that more room and comfier furniture is nice to have. He just was someone who could make do with the bare minimum.]
How about a rose tea? I'm not usually a floral tea person, but I do enjoy the delicate flavor from time to time. We can afternoon tea set. I am quite fond of the sandwiches. [And there's just something marvel about being served dainty, little sandwiches given his size.
He waves for a waiter and puts in their order before turning his attention back.] Oh~? It's a little too early to be spilling all my secrets. This is the first date after all. I can't be putting out too much. [Wriothesley says it in such a light way, hiding the fact that the man was far more tightlipped and that there are certain things he won't so easily speak on the get go.]
