It is. We don’t know anything about the process though and I doubt they’ll so easily tell us. [Everything about this place was shrouded in mystery, but that didn’t mean it could be concealed from them forever. If the information exists, it meant they can find it.]

As for the guests, it feels like they don’t really care too much about us. Probably because we aren’t properly in the system. It seems the hierarchy here is strongly in place.
